About some indications of national industrial policy’s export specialization

Abstract

Modern crisis conditions put the Russian economy in the instability. That makes the necessity to concentrate internal resources, with a basis of it - the industrial complex. From this point, the authors consider the problem of optimizing the industrial policy based on increase of efficiency of export specialization that will develop the industrial sector needed to import substitution. The article explains that the target of export specialization may be an effective base for Russian industrial policy and profitable industry.
