Modern foreign models of financial support for innovation activities of small and medium business
Abstract
The study presents a comparative analysis of modern models and new programs of financial support for small and medium-sized businesses in the innovation sector in foreign countries. The evolution of financial programs aimed at stimulating the growth of this segment of the economy is traced; financial terms and features of support for stimulating innovation in small and medium-sized businesses in foreign countries are compared in order to determine the main negative aspects hindering the growth of innovation in small and medium-sized business and to justify priorities for improving the national model of financial support for innovative entrepreneurship in Russia.
