Internet banking in Russia: status and prospects of development
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the electronic money circulation and reduction non-cash payments for the last decade. This specialty determines new requirements for financial institutions in terms of improving the infrastructure of the cash payments. On the one hand, the Internet banking service received a wide popularity among customers of the banks, on the other hand, the quality of these services become a criterion for selecting the servicing bank. The article presents a research of the current state of Internet banking in Russia and identified the prospects of further development.
