The article analyzes the specific features of the logistics organization of agricultural exports, taking into account
the focus of Russia’s foreign trade policy on the development of international trade with Asian countries. The relevance of addressing this issue is due to the limited availability of European markets, which has created the need to explore the markets
of Asian countries. However, the successful implementation of this vector faces a range of systemic problems that require a revision of traditional logistics approaches, taking into account the remoteness of producing regions from Asian markets, which
is exacerbated by the limited capacity of railway infrastructure and regulatory restrictions specific to the Asian direction
