Marketing factors of market transformation of logistics services
Abstract
The article reveals the role of the impact of marketing factors on the development of the logistics services market. The structure, trends and dynamics of the Russian market of transport and logistics services are analyzed. The segment of delivery in the e-commerce market is described. The authors systematize the factors influencing the transformation of the logistics market. The questions of the importance of differentiation of logistics services in the formation of a value proposition are raised.
