Factors of digital infrastructure development in Russia

Abstract

The article deals with the specifics of the development of the digital economy in Russia. It is shown that the functioning of the digital economy is based on digital infrastructure. The mechanism of influence of external factors and output results on the activity and evolution of digital infrastructure is given, its essence is formulated, as well as development problems. Priority areas of activity for the development of digital infrastructure and its components in the context of sanctions restrictions have been identified.
