Modernization of the regional economic system based on the formation of a regional innovation system

Abstract

The article discusses issues related to the problems of innovative development of regions under post-crisis modernization of regional economic systems and competition for creating a favorable business environment and improving the quality of life. Special attention is paid to indicators of innovation activity and factors affecting the development of the innovation system of the Krasnodar region.
