Abstract

The first part of the article presents the results of the study of the modern model of support and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Japan. The authors studied the main institutions and forms of support, as well as directions and measures for the development and expansion of support for SMEs in Japan. Special attention is paid to the analysis of anti-crisis measures to support the SME sector in Japan during the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
