Improvement of financial instruments for increasing the investment activity of enterprises of the processing industry of the Russian Federation

Abstract

The level of investment activity of manufacturing enterprises in the Russian Federation for 2018–2020 is analyzed in the article. The factors that negatively affect the implementation of investment projects in this sector of the Russian economy are identified. The authors pay special attention to assessing the effectiveness of using such financial instruments in the investment sphere as SPIC 2.0 and public-private partnerships. Based on the study results the set of recommendations for improving these tools in the context of modernizing and diversification of the Russian economy was developed by authors.
