Abstract
The regional integration theory should progress in line with relevant methodology clarification and updating, which provide adequate tools for the assessment of upcoming welfare effects. Proven methods for measuring integration impacts require constant supplementation in connection with the expansion of their empirical base. The article proposes methodological approaches to identifying and understanding a number of new effects: capital mobility, labor mobility, compensation, and intermediary trade.
