Development trends of the interregional market segment of air transportation
Abstract
The functioning of airports, as a part of the air transport infrastructure, has a significant impact on the economy of the regions; on the other hand, the effectiveness of the airport business is largely dependent on the development of the regions. The article presents the results of the analysis of the inter-regional air transportation market and shows the relationship and interdependence of the development strategies of regional airports with the development strategies of territories.
