New universal currency for internetional calculations – notional monetary unit

Abstract

Article is devoted to foreign economic relations of the international unions and commonwealth of the countries of the Customs Union, EAEU, BRICS, their currency transactions and also to the decision of such problems as creation of new payment-clearing system of international payments. The author’s offer on introduction of payments into system – «notional monetary unit» (n.m.u.) will replace unprofitable volatile dollar, will keep the sovereignty of each country, will provide mutual interest of the foreign trade relations. By means of innovations and digital technologies the named problems are possible. The agreement between the countries about introduction of universal, steady, monetary unit for international payments, according to the author’s scale, will become a present time achievement.
