Abstract

The need for adaptive business management in the volatile state of the economic environment requires the modern manager to have deep system knowledge of the theory and practice of planning the company’s activities. According to the concept of the textbook, it identifies a number of basic sections, the study of which allows to systematically acquire knowledge, basic skills and skills in the system of internal planning.
