This review is devoted to the publication of the textbook “Intrafirm planning: organizational and economic aspects” of the authors Kizim A. A., Mileta V. I., which reveals the object-subject essence of the scientific direction, updated and newly developed theories and concepts of corporate planning, methodological and methodical techniques for effective business management.
