Formation of the wage policy for the development of the agrarian sector of economy
Abstract
The question of wage policy is very acute. This article presents the author’s view on the concept of wage policy, the program for the development of agriculture is considered. In the course of the research, a practical analysis of the dynamics of wage policy indicators and their impact on the example of the Orel region was conducted. The author also gave practical recommendations on improving the wage policy in the agrarian complex organizations in the conditions of innovative development of the economy.
