Theoretical and practical aspects of evaluating the competitiveness of the organization of bank retail

Abstract

The systemation of various opinions of scientists and experts in the field of economics and management with respect to the definition of categories «competitiveness», «competitive potential», allowed to give their author’s characteristic. Particular attention is paid to methods for assessing the competitiveness of a commercial enterprise. The system of indicators and a possible method of integral assessment of the competitiveness of a commercial bank is presented. Approbation of the methodology was made on the example of the banking sector of the Samara region.
