Holding company as a subject of industrialization of Russian economy

Abstract

The world financial crisis has revealed a number of systemic problems in the development of the national economy. The country faces the task of reviving former and creating new high-tech and competitive branches of production. A new industrial policy plays a leading role in the structural transformation of the national economy. The article identifies the potential of holding companies in neoindustrialization. The authors conclude that the features of organization and management of holding companies allow us to speak about their real ability to influence the stability of further development of the industrial sector of the Russian economy.
