Abstract

Nowadays, telecommunications is a stagnation stage of its development, although it can be a driver of growth in the economy as a whole. In the study it is assumed that a change of view on the industry and possible alternatives will be able to transform and revitalize the cellular market. By the authors conclusion this fact has a positive impact on the innovative activity of participants of the market of mobile communications and will serve as an impetus to the growth of the market. The aim of the study is to develop strategic alternatives for the subjects of the market of cellular communication.
