Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the controlling system as an effective tool that helps the implementation of innovative projects at high technology enterprises. A number of features of innovative projects were considered, as well as the risks accompanying the implementation of such projects. The main elements of the controlling system were identified and a scheme of innovative projects’ controlling was proposed.
