Статья посвящена изучению системы контроллинга в качестве эффективного инструмента, помогающего реализации инновационных проектов на наукоемких предприятиях. Рассмотрен ряд особенностей инновационных проектов, а также риски, сопровождающие внедрение подобных проектов. Определены основные элементы системы контроллинга и предложена схема контроллинга инновационных проектов.
The article is devoted to the study of the controlling system as an effective tool that helps the implementation of innovative projects at high technology enterprises. A number of features of innovative projects were considered, as well as the risks accompanying the implementation of such projects. The main elements of the controlling system were identified and a scheme of innovative projects’ controlling was proposed.
