Common values of companies people investor
Abstract
The article deals with the relevance, motives and forms of corporate investment in human capital as an expression of social responsibility of business. It shows the relevance of the projects implemented by the Association of managers with positions of the concept of “creating shared value”. The study reflects the outcome of the international forum “PEOPLE INVESTOR 2016” and best corporate practices by firms-nominees of the contest.
