Cross-border system of Russian energy hubs: strategy for infrastructure development of exports of fuel and energy resources

Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the structuring mechanism and territorial infrastructure, integration of transportation and storage of fuel and energy resources (FER) of the Member States EAEC with the key nucleus energo hubs with the formation of a common administrative monitoring circuit, the planning and coordination of operating FER processes against the companies involved in the supply and transport. FER turnover optimization is carried out through the coordination of the volumes of supplies of energy resources and the structure of transportation routes as part of a pool of energy hubs involving national public authorities of the Member States EAEC and the Eurasian Economic Commission.
