The perspectives of development of small and medium businesses with business angels in Russia in the conditions of the economic crisis
Abstract
The article reveals the problems hindering the investment attractiveness of small and medium-sized business enterprises for business angels. On the basis of ordering and generalization of international practice in the field of high-risk financial funding authors proposed recommendations on the formalization of a government program to attract business angels and guidelines to enhance their activities in the Russian Federation at the present stage.
