On improvement of the strategic management techniques in the Turkmen entrepreneurship
Abstract
The importance of the strategic planning in the company’s effective activity is determined by the stage of the company development. The strategic planning is playing modest role during company formation; when the company is growing, the strategic planning is paying relatively important role; when the company is mature, the strategic planning is crucially important. The presenting model of strategic plan is reflected the business-strategies used by the national companies which are functioning under the conditions of macroeconomic stability and absence of external competition.
