Abstract

In article the features of the present stage of development of institute of public control in Russia connected with adoption of the Federal Law «About bases of public control in the Russian Federation» come to light. It is proved that civil control has the «restrictive» character dictated by high extent of the state participation. Further steps on development are outlined in the country of public control which will provide its transition to qualitatively new level.
