Research of the international experience of development of small innovative business

Abstract

In the article features of development of small innovative business in foreign countries on the example of the USA, China and the countries of the European Union are revealed. It is shown that formation of an institutional basis for support of small innovative business is a necessary condition for transferring the modern economy to an innovative path of development. The authors propose using the best practices of foreign countries for introduction into Russian practice in order to ensure effective functioning and development of small innovative companies.
