Personnel security as a factor in the prevention of corporate fraud
Abstract
Personnel of the company is considered as a source of corporate security threats. Based approaches staff estimates not only on professional qualities, but also in terms of their reliability. Personnel security factors are disclosed at the stage of receiving the employee and the performance of professional duties, as well as the basic approaches to their prevention.
