Informal employment in the Russian labour market: challenges and legal regulation
Abstract
The article identifies problems and causes of informal employment in Russia, justified the need for a transition to the new high-performance market mechanisms of regulation of social and labour relations. The study allows authors to come to conclusions about the need to improve the existing labour laws, which, in its turn, may help to solve the multifaceted problems of informal employment.
