Economic and organizing and legal issues of venture financing in the Russian Federation
Abstract
The article presents the mechanism of venture financing of innovative projects and analyzes the operation of regional guarantee funds. The author systematizes the main organizational, economic, and legal issues that have a negative impact on the development of the venture capital industry in Russia. A set of measures is proposed that would contribute to the revitalization of venture financing of innovative projects.
