Special investment contract as an institution for attracting the foreign investments into regions

Abstract

The article is devoted to estimation of special investment contract as an institution of attracting the innovatively oriented foreign investments into Russian regions. Contracts with foreign participation in allocation by regions are analyzed: their potential share in Russian production, relation of investments to the whole regional inflow of foreign investments and investments into basic capital; innovation component. The conclusion is made about the efficacy of the studied institution.
