Analysis of essence and concepts of characterizing inter-organizational relationships
Abstract
In modern practice and research activities to describe the behavior of economic entities use different terminology. Therefore, the focus of the author of the article is the correlation of the concepts «relations», «relationships», «connections», «interconnections», «interactions» and delineation of the concepts «organization», «enterprise», «firm». The author on the basis of the terminological analysis justifies the need for the use of the concept «inter-organizational relationship» to describe relations between entities, and also proves that «partnership», «cooperate», «collaborate», «network» are forms of inter-organizational relationships.
