Abstract

The research is devoted to the crucial directions of the state stimulation of innovative activities of the modern companies in the developed and developing countries. The most effective methods and instruments of stimulation of innovative activity of the enterprises are determined. Authors made a conclusion about the ways of application of an integrated approach to formate the effective system of the state stimulation of innovative activity of the Russian companies on the basis of the international experience.
