Substantiation of priority areas of improving the competitiveness of Russia in the face of new global challenges

Abstract

Generalization of the Russian and international key innovative development programs enabled to show the difference in the approaches to assessing the impact of social and general cultural factors on the improvement of production efficiency. It is shown that in the nearest term the priorities of innovative development of Russia should be fundamentally revised not only to ensure its competitiveness in the field of high technology, but also to affect the quality of the national human capital.
