International electrical integration: formation of a complex geostrategic position of Russia in the power systems of Europe and Asia

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of forming a Euro-Asian segment of the world’s energy infrastructure on the basis of the energy sector of Russia: transcontinental electricity networks and cross-border power generation with a transition to an implementation management model based on the aggregation of power units operating Russian fuel and energy resources in Russia and abroad, thus forming a complex geostrategic position of Russia in the power systems of Europe and Asia.
