Abstract

In this article, the authors examine theoretical approaches to the concept of the digital economy. The practical aspects
of digital transformation are studied using graphical methods and comparative analysis, which made it possible to determine
the reasons for differences in the level of Internet use by companies operating in different industries. The study also employs
statistical methods to analyze indicators characterizing the development of the information society in the Russian Federation.
