Abstract

Modern progressive authorities at various levels are striving to find effective tools for governing territories to ensure sustainable development. This paper aims to explore the interrelationship between cluster policy and sustainable regional development. The authors analyze economic indicators of the Astrakhan Region to identify major threats and suggest that cluster policy tools can be used to address social and economic challenges.
