Abstract

The article reflects expert opinions on the economic development of Russia in modern realities. The views of various scholars regarding the challenges and threats to the country that have emerged in recent years in connection with Western sanctions aimed at excluding the state from foreign economic and trade relations are presented. The areas of interaction with friendly states ready to cooperate with Russia are identified. Innovative development strategies in the context of global changes are presented. Conclusions are drawn on the directions and prospects for the development of the Russian and world economy at the present stage.
