Development of technological ecosystems as a company’s growth strategy

Abstract

In the modern economy, there is a growing trend towards the development of company ecosystems when choosing a growth strategy. The formation of ecosystems based on a key business is due to the desire of companies to fully satisfy customer needs by adding related businesses to the sphere of corporate interests. The article reviews the global e-commerce technology giants Alibaba and Amazon, and the Russian company Ozon. Corporate income items are analyzed and the general similarity of income structure in relation to the key profile is revealed. The activity of Ozon is researched and the vector of potential growth is determined.
