Foreign trade in services of the Kaliningrad region: current state and prospects

Abstract

The paper analyzes the dynamics and structure of the regional services market. The important role of the service sector as the most promising sector of the economy of the country and the region is highlighted. The dynamics of the export and import of services of the Kaliningrad region is investigated. The analysis of the structure of services made it possible to identify the industries in which the indicators of exports and imports have changed the most in 2021. The positive and negative trends in the development of foreign trade in services in the new economic conditions, where services act as a catalyst for the dynamic development of the world economy, are identified.
