Abstract

Global economic and political shocks inevitably lead to a transformation of the system of economic relations and a change in the paradigm of management at all levels, changing the practice of management decisions at the level of countries, regions and enterprises. The influence of global environmental factors in five areas has been analyzed and the main transformations of modern theories and management practices have been identified. The synthesis of strategic management theory and change management theory has been noted.
