Modernization of the system of state financial support of enterprises of the agrarian and industrial complex (on the example of the Krasnodar Territory)
Abstract
The development of the agrarian and industrial complex is an essential factor in ensuring the country’s food security. However, agricultural production, being affected by a large number of diverse factors, requires special attention from the state. Therefore, government financial support for agriculture is an integral part of its effective functioning. Based on a financial analysis of existing agricultural enterprises in the Krasnodar Territory, the article proves their financial insolvency and the necessity of active state support. The authors assess instruments of state financial influence in the agricultural sector, identify deficiencies and gaps in the system of state support for agricultural enterprises, and propose options for their improvement.
