Investment policy as a tool for strategic development of Russian electricity industry
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the features of investment policy as a tool for the development of the Russian electricity industry. The author’s definition of the content and main directions of sectoral investment policy is presented, based on a forward-looking vision of the industry structure with the identification and justification of the need to create new structural elements — regional energy complexes. The main sources of investment resources in the electricity industry are characterized.
