Abstract

To overcome the consequences of the pandemic and sanctions, it is necessary to comprehend the conceptual platform of systemic public policy measures. Analytical substantiations of development directions are proposed, the risks of the current situation for various countries are identified. The data on the state of the Russian economy in the conditions of sanctions, on the measures of the Government of the Russian Federation to adapt to the strongest external shock are presented. Some ideas consonant with the universal laws of the development of the economy, society and nature are presented.
