Transformation of labor at the stage of digital modernization of the public economy

Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of labor quality transformation under the conditions of deep penetration of information and communication technologies into the economic life of society. On the example of the evolution of socio-economic formations, the global dynamics of labor productivity can be traced, in which a special place is given to the position of Russia. The corresponding comparative characteristics of the ongoing changes are given. The role of modern digital technologies in the total change in the quality of labor and their consequences in relation to the content of living labor is shown.
