Industrial parks in Russia and abroad: concept and management models

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to scientifically comprehend and promote the concept of the industrial park in the context of changing structure, technologies, material and technical basis of production. The authors substantiated the separation of industrial park and special economic zone concepts; highlighted trends that shape the future look of industrial parks 4.0; identified organizational approaches to park management; proved the synergistic effect of inclusive parks in social and economic development.
