Dynamics of formation and use of intellectual property in the Republic of Mordovia

Abstract

To activate the innovation process and solve the problems of the formation and development of intellectual property at the regional level, a systematic approach to the development of the conceptual foundations of the strategic directions of the regional policy in the field of intellectual property management, its commercialization and protection is required. The article analyzes the effectiveness of the use of intellectual property in the Republic of Mordovia; identifies factors that impede the development of the intellectual property sphere; identifies priority areas of the regional policy strategy for intellectual property management.
