Improvement of tools stimulating implementation of environmentally sound technologies into the production

Abstract

The article explores the problems of negative environmental impact of the Russian Federation economic entities in the context of environmentally sound technologies. The author analyzes the impact of the primary economic activity enterprises on the ecology during 2010–2018. The dynamics of investments in the implementation of environmental protection measures, the structure of financing sources for investment projects focused on the environmental effect are studied. Tools have been developed to stimulate the implementation of environmentally sound technologies into the production.
