Real estate investment and leasing
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of real estate as an investment object. The features of real estate as an object of investment, its advantages, financing risks and their determining factors are considered. The classification of real estate investment instruments is presented. The necessity of developing leasing services in the real estate market is substantiated, the statistics of leasing transactions is analyzed, and the advantages of using leasing when investing in real estate are shown.
