Modeling of vectors of development of the system of mortgage housing loan in Russia
Abstract
The article examines the hypothesis of the existence of a relationship between the annual volume of mortgage housing loans issued, the weighted average period of credit, the annual average rate for mortgage housing loans, the average price per square meter of apartments in the housing market, the annual volume of housing construction and the average per capita income of the population.
