Financial instruments for stimulation of import substitution in the Russian Federation
Abstract
The article studies the problems of import substitution policy and its implementation in Russia. The analysis of the dynamics of import substitution in the most import-dependent sectors of the economy is given. Based on the analysis, the authors propose new financial instruments to stimulate import substitution, focused in the future on strengthening the export potential and improving the competitiveness of the Russian economy.
